Where storage tanks are used there is always the risk of the build up of debris which can encourage the development of bacteria. A good risk assessment will identify areas at risk so that a planned cleaning regime can be implemented.

Batch Counter

A drinks manufacturer in Bridgwater required reassurance of high water quality in its mixing system.

A precise batch count was required, On Tap was able to custom build a filter and batch counter combined, incorporating filtration and Ultra Violet Sterilisation. The Sterilight unit chosen gives UV status, the batch counter can be set as required and the Solenoid valves shuts once the required amount of water has passed through the water meter.
